Welcome to Wajbati FZ-LLC (also known as Every Meal, My Meals, وجبتي, or وجباتي). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations governing your use of our services, including our website, mobile application, and any related products or services provided by Wajbati FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company incorporated in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, with its registered address at Compass Building – Al Hulaila, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “We”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

In no event shall the Company’s total liability to you for all claims related to our Services exceed the amount you paid, if any, for access to or use of the Services in the past six months.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
